A woman came forward to file a $ 125 million * federal lawsuit against the comedian Bill Cosby claims he drugged and sexually abused her during an alleged mentorship that began on The Cosby Show to adjust.
Law & Crime reports that they received legal documents showing Lili Bernardwho first tried 84-year-old Cosby years ago and is now seeking substantial punitive damages against him for assault, assault, willful infliction of emotional distress and willful imprisonment. The lawsuit, which was filed in the US District Court for New Jersey District, states that Cosby “has sexually assaulted, beaten and drugged Ms. Bernard on other occasions.”
Bernard claims in court documents that she first met Cosby on the set of “The Cosby Show” around July 1990 and that he offered her to coach her. Cosby promised the actress that he would give her a speaking role on the show, but she would have to go through his training regimen. Bernard says part of the program was her giving answers to “detailed questions about her life”.
The lawsuit also alleges that Cosby grabbed Bernard’s breasts while doing breathing and vocal exercises. When she protested, Cosby “feigned innocence and acted offended”.

A month later, Bernard claims that Cosby arranged a meeting at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City with an influential producer who could “advance” her career.
Bernard says she accepted a soft drink and then felt dizzy, weak, and nauseous. She claims to have passed out, but remembers protesting when Cosby started undressing her and told him “no”. She claims she woke up from Cosby’s rape before she passed out.

Cosby served over two years of a three to ten year prison sentence in Philadelphia State Prison. Previously, Cosby had vowed to serve out every 10 years instead of recognizing remorse for meeting the victim and the accuser in 2004 Andrea Constand.
The former comedian was convicted of drugging and molesting Constand at his suburban home. He was charged in late 2015 when a prosecutor presented unsealed evidence.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said the testimony tainted the trial despite a lower appeals court finding it appropriate to show a typical pattern of substance abuse and harassment of women. He was released on June 30th.

Nonetheless, Bernard steadfastly claims that she has suffered a variety of emotional trauma, including “post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, emotional distress and physical consequences thereof, nightmares, flashbacks, insomnia, severe physical pain and suffering, severe emotional” pain and suffering, Embarrassment and numerous other permanent injuries. “
