SPOILER ALERT: Nayte and Brandon wage a war of roses for Michelle’s heart in The Bachelorette’s live season finale.

Host Kaitlyn Bristowe was there while Tayshia Adams was absent due to exposure to Covid-19.

After a difficult decision last week, Joe was sent home leaving Nayte and Brandon in the top two. Tonight’s episode was a roller coaster ride of emotions as Michelle juggled various emotions as she had to choose one of these two men. She expressed her family’s approval, was important, and was the determining factor in her choice.

The first to meet the family is Brandon, who was welcomed by Michelle’s father. Her mother was a little more curious, but warmed up for him gave him her blessing. However, Nayte was a bit speechless when she met her people. As to whether or not he would move to Minnesota was something Nayte wasn’t sure about which raised a red flag on her parents. Her mother in particular points out that he doesn’t seem ready for an engagement, which she expressed to Michelle.

At this point, there’s one last date before Michelle makes a decision, and at this point she makes it clear that she is deeply in love with Brandon. When they meet for the last time, he gives everything to make the atmosphere pleasant and the two talk about their favorite moments together. Brandon then shows her his favorite sweatshirt, which she spilled juice and coffee on. Michelle declares this to be their favorite moment together.

Michelle and Nayte have another encounter where they meet a local shaman who will challenge them both to open up. The shaman notices that Nayte tries to hide his emotions, although he encounters many feelings. This catches Michelle vigilant, but it also makes her smile. When asked what he would like to let go of in this relationship, however, he starts fiddling. He mentions nervousness and fear, but that’s not quite enough for Michelle. After a heart-to-heart discussion in which Nayte finally opens up, she feels a little more certain of his devotion and love for her.

The Bachelorette is rightly nervous about making a decision. She mentions that she is finally ready to put herself and her happiness first and today’s decision will be based on that.

Towards the end of the show, many fans on Twitter made their predictions which of the two men Michelle would go for. Brandon approaches the beach, the men are all beaming. Brandon is the first to show up and is confident that he will be chosen. But in an interview with Brandon, Michelle reveals to him that he is not her choice. The two share a warm farewell when he leaves the beach in tears.

In this episode, Michelle begins by saying, “If you are in love with two people, how do you know who you are?”

And that person for her is Nayte.

When he shows up on the beach and meets her, he confesses his love to her and vows to get on one knee. Michelle tells him that she loves him and wants to spend the rest of her life with him and then he gets on one knee and asks the question and she says yes!
